I thought I was done when I was arrested for DUI and refused to consent to a blood test. Even though I was sober and in my opinion the police had no probable cause, the officer managed to get a warrant, refused my request for a lawyer, and took my blood against my will. Do yourself a favor by not wasting time and money and contact Mr. Logan Collins & Mr. Joseph Rupp.

I was a victim of my own poor decision making when I decided to drive while I had been drinking with a BAC of 1.8 (double the legal limit) before I had contacted Mr. Collins & Mr. Rupp. They were very understanding of my financial situation, as I am a full-time college student and work only about 30 hours a week. We were able to set up an incredibly favorable payment plan and they still gave complete effort despite the money not being paid up front.
