Tuesday Collins is Collins Rupp’s Legal Assistant. She has been a part of our team since 2021 and came to us from a long career in the medical field. She has a background in Administrative Support, Office Management, Billing and Customer Service. She is a Sophomore at Salt Lake Community College and is currently working on her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies and has a 4.0 GPA.

Tuesday previously attended Culinary School and while she has since decided to take another path, cooking is still a passion of hers and she enjoys cooking and baking for friends, family and coworkers. In her free time when she isn’t cooking or studying, she enjoys reading, spending time with her friends, family and her two lovable dogs, enjoying the outdoors and traveling.
